We want every homeowner who reaches Enormouswear Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you phoned or contacted Enormouswear Pest Control
• How your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear from you. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. A provider who keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Enormouswear Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the state agency in California that oversees pest control.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@enormouswear.property. Please include:

• Your name and the easiest way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean we contact the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
